ITS Malta Application Requirements

Application forms may be obtained from:

•             Registrar’s office at The Institute of Tourism Studies, St George’s Bay, St Julian’s*

•             ITS Gozo Campus, Qala, Gozo*

•             ETC Job Centres in Valletta, Mosta, Birgu and Victoria Gozo

•             online from here

 

*Summer Office hours – 8am – 1pm

(Extended office hours ITS Campus, Pembroke, Malta – 8am-3pm, on Thursday 28th July & Friday 5th August 2016).

Guidance & Counselling services will be available by appointment during registration period, and may be contacted via telephone no. 2379 3301 or via email claire.a.cinatar@gov.mt (counselling services) or 2379 3141 audrey-lorraine.buhagiar@gov.mt (guidance services).

National Students:

Applications must be accompanied by the relevant documentation:

•             photocopies of all the certificates required (or a photocopy of the result slips);

•             photocopy of the Identity Card;

•             medical questionnaire; and

•             references (if available).

International Students:

Applications must be accompanied by the relevant documentation:

EU Students:

•             photocopy of Passport

•             photocopy of all certificates

•             photocopy of Equivalence letter from MQRIC prior to enrolment– MQRIC email address: ncfhe@gov.mt

•             medical questionnaire; and

•             consent Form

Non EU Students:

•             photocopy of Passport

•             photocopy of all certificates

•             photocopy of Equivalence letter from MQRIC prior to enrolment – MQRIC email address: ncfhe@gov.mt

•             medical questionnaire; and

•             consent Form

•             application Fee

•             tuition Fee

•             interview

Applications by post should be sent by registered mail and in sufficient time to ensure delivery by the deadline set.

Students must ensure that application forms are completed in full, otherwise they will not be accepted.
