Course Description This degree will prepare students for a broad spectrum of career opportunities in journalism, such as, news, sports, photo and fashion journalism, as well as other similar opportunities offered by the communications industry.  Students will learn how to effectively analyse and report the events that shape our lives and the world around us.  They will be guided to design, develop and produce news content using the latest audio-visual technologies and recording devices – and how to present it to the public in a variety of formats such as print, radio, television and the internet.  During the course, students will work on real-life scenarios, applying theoretical knowledge to practical journalism and related projects, working both in teams as well as autonomously.

Within this degree students will be required to choose one minor stream of 5 units (amounting to 30 ECTS) from the following 5 options: Broadcast Journalism; Human Sciences; Computer Engineering; Engineering Manufacture; The Well Being of Society.
